“I ordered the oval paper weight kits for my glass engraving I would have preferred the round ones but they were out of stock. They arrived well packed and quite quickly, well before the due by date. Thankyou. Hopefully they’ll make great Christmas presents after I’ve finished.”

“Very fast service with good items at a reasonable price. Unfortunately they can't count, the box of 10 rulers only contains 9. The mistake was quickly corrected and the missing ruler was sent straight away.”

Good morning Barry Many thanks for your order however sorry to hear via your review, that unfortunately one of the items that you ordered, had a shortfall of one ruler. As this product comes packed to us in quantities of 10, it is not viable for us to check each pack individually and rely on the quality control checks that are carried out at the factory. I will therefore pass on your feedback to the manufacturer to ensure that each pack contains the correct amount. As you are the only person who has had this issue, it looks like it was a genuine oversite however can appreciate that it is annoying when you don't receive the quantity ordered. We do ask all of customers to check their order on receipt and contact us either via email at hello@my-accessories.co.uk or via the online chat, should there be any issues so they can be dealt with by return. My colleague has arranged to get the missing ruler despatched to you today so should be with you shortly and apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
