Good morning, I'm sorry to hear that you have expericenced an issue with the delivery of your order which was despatched on time from our warehouse however unfortunately got delayed at the courier's main sorting depot. One of my colleagues responded quickly to your email once advised of the delay and kept you updated until your order had been received. Please be reassured that situations like this don't happen very often as FedEx and the other couriers that we use for our International shipments, are very reliable and deliveries normally go to the expected schedule. “My first time ordering. I needed a keychain with a clasp & a chain. I tried other sites but they all had minimum orders of at least 10 & I only needed 1. Then I found this site. I could order 1 of each item at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick & I received my items in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend”
