“Although I have had many orders from you in the past, and been very pleased with them, sadly, my last two orders for cross stitch keyrings have both arrived with some badly scratched insert panels. And following my last complaint, I'm quite irritated to find that you are still trying to palm these off, knowing that they are faulty.”
