“I order some garden furniture but the wrong colour was delivered. I contacted them and it was sorted within the week. Wrong one taken and new one delivered. Had the right colour come in the first place it would have been 5⭐️”

“Communication, ordering process and actual product 10/10. Love my new sofa. The only downfall was the delivery window being between 6pm-11pm. I didn’t actually think it would arrive towards the later end but I ended up accepting my delivery at 11:30pm - a bit of an inconvenience; especially on a weeknight. Regardless the delivery guys were great and super helpful. Thank you :)”

“Bought three sofas so far. Good quality products: simple and robust. Reasonable price. Delivery is often delayed by several weeks. However, on the day, you can track the drivers which makes planning easier.”

“Great service, sofa of a great quality but not exactly the shape as on the photo, I guess it’s just a drawback of buying furniture online, rather than seeing it. Fabric great quality, colour…not so sure, despite being sent a sample, again, looks different in real life. Sleep function brilliant, very comfortable and spacious, and with storage! Brilliant! But… overall I was hoping for it to look a little more upmarket. The price reflects it though, Loaf would cost triple. I would compare the quality to IKEA. Very sturdy, just not what I really wanted.”

“I'm very satisfied by the quality of the sofa, and the delivery time and assembling ( the drivers did it in about 30 min) , but disappointed because the colour is not like in the pictures.”
