“Great service in the shop and also delivery but the sofa came damaged. This could have been fixed before shipping of the item as I believe the part was damaged while being dismantled/prepared for shipping. Fortunately we were able to fix the problem. Very happy with the sofa. Thank you! :)”

“Delivered on time and by professionals who quickly installed the sofa. Absolutely love the sofa which looks great and is comfortable to sit on, however the sofa bed pull out part is quite hard and will need a mattress topper.”

“The sofa is amazing! Ot would be good to have better tracking/updates to the sofa eg: it's in production/ it's in the wait list. However the delivery guys were great and ita so comfortable and well made would use again.”

“I purchased Asto sofa bed. As a sofa is very good and comfortable. As a bed however is quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. It is a good size double bed but the foam is not thick enough for a good enough for comfortable good night sleep (especially on the pul out part).”

“This is my second sofa from Msofas. They look amazing and are very good quality. I would rate excellent on base of product and customer service however they should pay more attention how the sofas will fit by standard doors. Luckly I had entrance through the garden but to put upstairs we did have to split in two by ourselves.”

“Correct and nicely made sofa delivered on 3rd attempt so bit of a hassle. First sofa wasn't so good as fabric was very loose in many places,2nd delivery came with wrong colors so correct one came on 3rd attempt. However communication with Msofa was smooth and they arrange a new one to be made promptly.Roman sofa is very spacious and comfortable and looks very good. great for movie nights for all the family.”

“The sofa I got looks much better than in the photo! It's very well-made, great quality. The price was affordable, although the sofa is better than many other expensive ones I was looking at! Also, the customer service was excellent, especially Justyna who was responding fast and politely to all of my messages. I give 4 stars only because the delivery time was longer than they say on the website and what they said after I placed the order. After all, it was worth waiting, I can recommend this company.”

“I thought the purchase online and finanace app went very smooth. The communication up to the delivery date was great. Sofa was damaged at the front, but they did let me know and said they will replace the panel. That evening I obviously tried it out and felt it was really uncomfortable, then I spotted further damage behind the cusion. The material looked pulled, so had to return it. The said they will charge a collection fee but I contested it as why should I pay for damaged furniture? Im not sure whether I would recommend their products, however I can't fault the service given.”
