“It isn't easy to choose a sofa from an online store, without trying or touching it. It's a blind pick and there is always a risk involved that the sofa won't be as one imagined. In Msofas, they are trying to help buyers by posting a lot of images and descriptions of a product. Still, it's not as good as trying a sofa in a store. In Msofas, they sell sofas for very good prices, and delivery and installation were also good. The sofa I purchased is not as good as I imagined, it's a bit hard and low. still a good price.”

“Sofa came as planned, on time ,delivered by a great team who assembled the sofa for us in 5 minutes. The colour is lighter than the original picture shows, but the comfort is great, alwhich is the main thing”

“The sofa's quality is good for its price. I paid 1K for a corner sofa with my choice of fabric. Definitely love the design and color of the sofa. Delivery was good and on time too. The only major issue is the off-gas smell that comes with the sofa. It’s really pungent and very uncomfortable. I sprayed a lot of baking soda solution on top of the fabric and the problem has subdued, but hasn’t completely went away. Now I keep the room ventilated and use an air purifier next to it. I did some research online and discovered the smell is from a compound called VOC and it’s from the chemicals used to treat the cheap foams used in the sofa making process. My only wish for the company is to use higher quality foams so that the smell wouldn’t be so terrible.”

“I've ordered a sofa and a tv unit, both are made with good materials but the order took about 2 months, once I got the delivery the sofa was lightly damaged but usable and there was few screws missing from the unit, the customer service was fast on dealing with the problem, I've got the extra screws after few days and am still waiting for the sofa to be repaired but a still give 4 stars because am happy of the service and the products”

“We love the sofa, and the guys that delivered it were very friendly and helpful assembling it. The only downside, ordered it in December and we waited until Mid-Feb to have it delivered.”

“Good option they have is you can order free samples, so we did look at many. Very happy with the choice of colour. In the other hand, the sofa bed could be a bit more softer to sit as it’s quite firm.”

“Hi, we have received our sofa bed seven weeks after we purchased. The sofa arrived very well packed and was delivered on Monday, 23rd of January. The only thing which made us confused was the moment when we’re choosing the colour. The quality of the pictures in the website is not very good. Apart from that we would definitely recommend MSofas Company.”
