“The sofa I got looks much better than in the photo! It's very well-made, great quality. The price was affordable, although the sofa is better than many other expensive ones I was looking at! Also, the customer service was excellent, especially Justyna who was responding fast and politely to all of my messages. I give 4 stars only because the delivery time was longer than they say on the website and what they said after I placed the order. After all, it was worth waiting, I can recommend this company.”

“I thought the purchase online and finanace app went very smooth. The communication up to the delivery date was great. Sofa was damaged at the front, but they did let me know and said they will replace the panel. That evening I obviously tried it out and felt it was really uncomfortable, then I spotted further damage behind the cusion. The material looked pulled, so had to return it. The said they will charge a collection fee but I contested it as why should I pay for damaged furniture? Im not sure whether I would recommend their products, however I can't fault the service given.”

“All perfect except the fact that the threads at the fabric joints were of the same colour as the fabric instead of white. This I had assumed looking at the sample photo (Navy Blue fabric) on the website which has the white threading which looks fab.”

“The whole process was extremely satisfied. Sofa is fantastic and comfortable. I’ve given four stars because my brand new charger worth almost £20 was damaged when sofa was being assembled in my living room and the guys left my house without saying a word about it. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️”

“Sofa arrived a little out of the 8 week time frame, but delivery was great, the delivery men were very helpful and prompt. All communication with the team was great, they replied at a reasonable pace and were always helpful.”

“The Asti sofa is great, colour and size as expected. Good communication, particularly confirmation of the fitting through the entrance is a nice feature. Sofa arrived after 7 weeks. The delivery team set up the sofa in few minutes. Overall great experience.”

“Sofa arrived 8 weeks from ordering. Sofa was delivered into my property slightly damaged in 2 non-visible areas. I complained to M Sofas who gave me an acceptable discount for small amount of damage.”

“Sofa is great but the extension for sofa bed is way too hard it’s impossible to really sleep on. We had some issues but they were resolved quickly by customer service.”
