I Will never recommend this company. Last time I purchase with them. They told me 4 weeks to wait I waited 9 weeks nearly 10 weeks Let s not ever talk about the delivery... Other companies offer you help to fix legs and carry them to your apartment They let me carry the sofa on my own and told me last minute I needed to drill the legs which I don't have the machine to do it. Results the sofa still is not usable to sit on without the legs. Is on the wall of my leaving room waiting for the drill to arrive. Really bad communication with the customer. For the price I paid, this is the minimum of service you can assist with the sofa. This company is s... I am really upset with them.

Very bad customer service. The sofa was damaged at delivery and they didn't offer any help to resolve the issue. I would not be using them again.

This is an honest review after using their sofa for 1.5 year. I bought a Como sofa bed in teal velvet just before Christmas 2021. I loved how beautiful it looked on the picture as well as functionality. Delivered on time, assembled by two very nice guys. Sofa used daily in the lounge, slept on occasionally, a handful of times. 6 months forward the sofa started to squeak and seats proved to be "cheaped out" during manufacturing process. I can literally feel I'm sitting on the wooden frame underneath too thin, sinking layer of foam and it's very uncomfortable to the point of back pain if sitting for too long. Emailed Msofas number of times, no reply initially, then they asked me to send a video. Not sure how would they assess the surface I'd be sitting on during the video, which I have pointed in my email reply and asked for someone to come to assess if they don't believe in what I said. No one came. Less than a year of use the folding bed mechanism broke.... Don't be fooled by lovely pictures, unless you have money to throw away. Never will I ever buy anything from Msofas again and Como sofa bed goes to the skip shortly....

The notice period for delivery was very short. When phoning staff never gave any information. The bed part of the sofa is higher up than the actual sofa so when it's pulled out it's very uncomfortable to sleep on it's also much harder. I have to add the delivery guys were great, efficient and professional.

Horrible customer service. Sofa arrived non functional, as the backrest was incorrectly attached (there was about 1.5cm offset, can be seen in a photo) so it could not go all the way down as the wood frame of the backrest was getting stuck on the wood frame of the seating part of the sofa. As this was an easy fix, I have contacted customer support about it and asked maybe I could get a small discount for going through the trouble of fixing it myself and not returning the sofa, which I could have easily done as it was non functional as it was. I got a reply that “You do have to push down the backrest while the backrest is down, as that's how the sofa bed works.” Even though in my case it was not physically possible to do so. Did not get any others replies from the company, other than multiple annoying emails, reminding to leave a review. Avoid if you can, because if you will have problems with the order, they won’t cooperate with you.

I paid extra money to get the sofas delivered in the third floor and the delivery guys insisted that the sofa would not go through the stairs. I ended up taking the sofa myself upstairs and Msofas refused to refund the delivery money.

Very poor sadly, I asked them to do something, I gave them the opportunity and therefore I have to be honest, as response was terrible and certainly not customer focused. Sofa is full of wrinkles, love the shape and size but quality very poor, I have had several sofas and never one that looks like this.

The sofa was fantastic, the delivery team were very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER the company took forever to deliver the sofa, they use a weird system where they only deliver to your area when they have enough deliveries to go to your area. The customer service is very rude and extremely unhelpful, I dealt with someone that should not be in a customer service role.

Purchased a sofa in eco leather and the seats are almost completely bare and the backrests are a mess too. The leather started to peel after just 3 years - it is such an eyesore and so embarrassing when we have guests over. The company asked me to send them photos but then responded by saying the sofa is no longer under warranty. No apology and no attempt to help me. I emailed them again but still haven’t received a response. Dreadful experience made all the worse by the shocking customer service. A sofa should last more than 3 years!!!

We're sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience with Msofas. You have purchased the goods in 2017. In our terms and conditions, you can find information that we do offer 2 years warranty for all our products. We have asked you to send photos to check the condition of the sofa. If it was minor damage, then I could ask the factory about the repair cost. In addition, as you can see in the photos that you sent, the problem with eco-leather certainly did not appear suddenly, so if we received a complaint straight away after you noticed the problem, we would certainly be able to offer help in repairing it. Please also bear in mind that eco-leather should be properly cared for and cleaned to avoid damage. Best Regards

Very bad company.. Avoid at all cost. They delivered damaged corner that seams the frame of it was second hand from ex display as it has wear and tear. They used against me the fact that i havent paid for it to be delivered inside the actual flat. Damped it in front of building and tricked me into signing a paper of delivery comfirmation to what they additionaly after my signature habe circled the option a over b that says "sofa delivered in good condition" they have done this after my signature.. I complained about the sofa being damaged and sent photos of it to what they replied you have signed it was delibered in good condition and attached my signature of that paper with option a circled on it.. They have planed it all along in order to damp the used corner frame on me... I have decided to take them to court as i can prove that the option a wasnt circled at the time of doing my signature as it happened right in front entrance to building that has a cv pointing right to where the exact spot i have produced my signature under.. I would advise to avoid this company and spare yourself the trouble.. Sanela
