Very disappointed with the company dealings. I ordered a Fabio corner sofa bed through fast delivery. It was delivered on time but had damages which I showed to driver. He refused to take it away, saying that I should call company next day. I had paid in full and the company deducted 15% even though the product was damaged. The 15% was told beforehand to be the deduction, if I changed my mind - not after company delivering a faulty item after online sale! I have found the customer services very high handed in their approach with little empathy or understanding of customer's perspective. I ordered replacement sofa which arrived after 2 months. It is not made to order specifications. The shade of fabric is light blue instead of grey shade that was specified. Driver presented me with an invoice of twice the amount that was due to pay. This time driver wanted to take the sofa away when I refused to pay. No one from the company in UK was contactable even though the website flashed proudly that we are open till 9 pm. I have asked for the swap with correct shade of the order at the same time and no further deductions of 15% in the name of company policy! Hard to trust online companies.

The sofa came in poor quality and damaged. I asked for replace it, but they did not. Delivery was made at 22:00. So we found damages only next day when we unwrapped it

Sofa only looks not bad but to seat on it not comfortable becouse its very hard also where is back rest ach side has very sharp adges few time was to painfull leanon and you can feel frame feel like on wooden pallets shut be more soft not recomend to buy. "Arrata corner sofa"

Product delivered substantially with color difference and company points to shading as responsible. Which it clearly isn't.

Delivery takes to long for example if tell you delivery 3-8 weeks definitely 8 weeks ,when I send email personal very rude table come broke now all ready 2 weeks still nothing done I just recall money from my bank I don’t recommend this company

Stay away from this company, customer support is absolutely terrible. Our sofa come with manufacturing defect(long arm rest on corner sofa is moving and making noises like old used furniture). After 3 min of dealing with them and one attempt of fixing which ended unsuccessful any way, they said this is normal for furniture🤣. So the question is why they try to fix it if it’s normal?! Our 5 year old sofa from DFS didn’t make any noise just seat wasn’t comfortable anymore. See on videos and tell me if this is normal😂 This is the way how this company facing complaints from customers.

I have a very bad experience and very poor costumer experience with M SOFAS, I bought a corner sofa which were dropped at a resedential corridor as they would deliver to door even I had a lift! • when I opened first pack was already damaged, • second pack damaged too When I contacted they said it’s not our problem. Extremely disappointed by them. I asked them I am not happy this has happened I need solution. I asked for either replacement sofa or full refund, they ignored it just send 1 panel replacement but the rest of damages I have to leave with it. They are a Waste of time I do not recommend. Find someone who takes care of costumers.

I received the sofa with bugs on it, when I contacted MSofa they rejected the claim and did not resolve it.

Got My sofa very fast, about 3 days. The quality of the material is not bad, but the sofa cushions are very firm. When you sit on it it reminds me of train seats. I am returning it and the company charges me 15% of the price for that despite the fact they are an online shop and have only one showroom and you can see the product until it arrives and you pay for it.

bought a cupboard which looks nice but in the description did not say you need to hang it on the wall, if a person is not allowed to make any holes on the wall it makes very difficult when you get this surprise after the delivery and you read the instructions

The professionals came and destroyed my walls. The customer services just said: we regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to offer compensation for the wall scratches The damages on my walls are for approximately £500 - multiple walls in my corridor are scratched. This is not the kind of company that cares about anything damaged by their "professionals". Even more they tried accusing us and justifying their actions by making up a story about verbal abuse. Just because my wife was emotional and asked them how it is possible to damage our property and act in such an impudent way. The drivers didn't even say a single sorry! It was clear why - because this is the official policy. Beware property owners!

Very uncomfortable sofa,it is impossible to sleep on it you will get a bad back pain.The quality of the material is very poor.If something is not right with the sofa you will not be able to return it and get the money back,the delivery driver said that if returned you will get just 50% of the price.I will definitely not recommend.

I'm very disappointed with how misleading the colours are on the website compared to reality. The company also failed to provide a solution despite their satisfaction guarantee. So BEWARE and perhaps try to do more research and find your 'dream sofa' elsewhere.

My sofa has arrived damaged, when I emailed to Msofas they simply said thats my issue now. They also left the rubbish behind, and now they just not answering anymore. Never apologised or try to help with the probelm. Wouldn’t recommend it!!!!
