Purchased a sofa in eco leather and the seats are almost completely bare and the backrests are a mess too. The leather started to peel after just 3 years - it is such an eyesore and so embarrassing when we have guests over. The company asked me to send them photos but then responded by saying the sofa is no longer under warranty. No apology and no attempt to help me. I emailed them again but still haven’t received a response. Dreadful experience made all the worse by the shocking customer service. A sofa should last more than 3 years!!!

We're sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience with Msofas. You have purchased the goods in 2017. In our terms and conditions, you can find information that we do offer 2 years warranty for all our products. We have asked you to send photos to check the condition of the sofa. If it was minor damage, then I could ask the factory about the repair cost. In addition, as you can see in the photos that you sent, the problem with eco-leather certainly did not appear suddenly, so if we received a complaint straight away after you noticed the problem, we would certainly be able to offer help in repairing it. Please also bear in mind that eco-leather should be properly cared for and cleaned to avoid damage. Best Regards

Very bad company.. Avoid at all cost. They delivered damaged corner that seams the frame of it was second hand from ex display as it has wear and tear. They used against me the fact that i havent paid for it to be delivered inside the actual flat. Damped it in front of building and tricked me into signing a paper of delivery comfirmation to what they additionaly after my signature habe circled the option a over b that says "sofa delivered in good condition" they have done this after my signature.. I complained about the sofa being damaged and sent photos of it to what they replied you have signed it was delibered in good condition and attached my signature of that paper with option a circled on it.. They have planed it all along in order to damp the used corner frame on me... I have decided to take them to court as i can prove that the option a wasnt circled at the time of doing my signature as it happened right in front entrance to building that has a cv pointing right to where the exact spot i have produced my signature under.. I would advise to avoid this company and spare yourself the trouble.. Sanela

I really not happy with delivery they make a lot of marks in wall and same want extra £80 for put sofa in house. And sofa come with some small faults.

M Sofas have let us down and not by making a mistake during production. Mistakes happen. It's the communication with us and behind the scenes. The email I received was so blunt that was received as an insult. "We can't deliver you what you ordered but you can have this one" I would have instead appreciated a phone call to discuss solutions. On top of that, I have received an email from V12 finance with the following: "Msofas Limited have been advised of your purchase. As the credit agreement has been signed by both you and us, it is now executed" How can it be executed if we even don't know wheather M Sofas is going to fulfil their delivery? Please call me to discuss the next steps.

You reviewed Msofas Add photo Adrianna 2 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Horrible experience Horrible experience, when the sofa arrived we weren't in so our friend let the delivery men in, they didn't even ring to check if we want it assembled, they just said they'd prefer if we did it, so they put it in the living room still wrapped and left. We came to assemble it and a wooden beam under the sofa was broken and holes for sofa legs were not aligned. We emailed with complaint, we were told this is mechanical damage (basically- our fault) and that because we decided to assemble it ourselves this is not covered under warranty. After many emails we got offered that an engineer will come out to check it. Waited 3 weeks- no information. Eventually got offered £80 discount from a sofa that cost over 1k which was silly. We ended up assembling and fixing it ourselves because we had no sofa for months while trying to negotiate a refund. Now after a couple of months of use the fabric is stretching and ripping on seams. Positive reviews tricked us into thinking were getting an amazing deal because it was the only place where we could find a sofa that had everything we need and the right size, but it turned out to be the most stressful experience when buying furniture ever. STAY AWAY

Long time waiting for delivery. The time slot of delivery changed just on the day of delivery while I was already at work so I couldn't be at home, sent just in email rather than calling to confirm that there will be someone. Not looking after the client, no updates of product delivery. Instead of calling me with all information of what is happening and reassurance that it will be on its way and approx date. Instead I had to call the company and constantly ask questions, sometimes there was no update at all. Poor quality of the furniture, chipping even if carefully mounted. There was also a damage, on one of the wardrobe door, but I kept the product because I did not want to wait another month or two... When wardrobe was mounted it appeared that sides are curved like from a damp or wrong method of storage. Would not recommend unfortunately

The sofa delivery was postponed and delivered a day late and the additional stool I had ordered was missing. When emailing them twice, they didn’t answer back although communication before I had made the payment was good. I wouldn’t advise to buy with MSofas again and I won’t recommend it to anyone. The sofa arrived with a damage and while I have had one sofa from them previously with no issues, I was disappointed with the initial tone of the company in dismissing my issue, I wanted assistance fixing the sofa, have not asked them to take it back which I would have been entitled to do. Generally, this particular service deserves no stars, but as I have said, I have bought a sofa from the company previously with no issue - for that reason I give the company 1 star.
