“Sofa looks very nice. Was delivered in May. After 3 days we noticed that one seat has sunk and I contacted customer service. I was informed that it will be repaired, but no one come back to us with any date! I emailed few more times, but every time we were given new excuse - covid situation, holiday season..... It's November now and still not resolved!”

“Expensive products, but very low quality. They assembled the sofa bed and broked the leg, and the material was scratched, they haven't inform us about the breakdown and the matirial. As we find it out, they didn't want to take any further action to fixed and they didn't refunded for the product. Big Advised - do not buy any products from this company. Very poor quality!”

“Sofa came damaged. There was 1 pillow with 1 button only. Team was not friendly, didn’t even speak English. They didn’t like to be asked to wear shoe covers to enter the house. Let me sign full responsibility over the sofa even though they didn’t have time for me to inspect it. They left in a hurry. In fact the sofa was damaged for real.”

“Wszystko pięknie do czasu gdy składasz reklamację obsługa tragedia piszesz wiadomości olewają Ciebie dwa razy była reklamowana sofa i dalej to samo bo było za drugim razem przyszli na miejscu naprawić gdzie to w ogóle nie miało sensu oczywiście sofa nie została naprawiona jak być powinno ale nawet nie chce mi.sie juz kolejny raz pisać i czekać kilka tygodni na odpowiedź na pewno nie kupię z tej strony kolejny raz pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto”

“Very disappointing as we sent all of the hallway dimensions and photos and in the end sofa didn’t fit on the delivery day and couldn’t be dismantled either. We’ve been waiting for several months for this sofa to arrive just to find out it won’t fit.”

“Poor quality furniture. Not checked before shipping. Damaged and missing parts. Refused to provide full refund and return. Eventually received parts months latter. Went through Paypal to complain when they then offered return and refund knowing by that time I had assembled the wardrobe which was time taking to do, so not realistic to then dismantle and return. If they had any feelings for customer service should offer a generous payment contribution refund for inconvenience and hassle to resolve situation.”

“Terrible customer service. I keep chasing and chasing for updates on my sofa that I ordered in February and I understand the current situation we are all in but I have not had regular updates and keep having to chase for my sofa that should have been here weeks ago.”

“Nie potrafią zorganizować dostawy. Co chwilę zmiana wzięliśmy wolne żeby parę godzin przed dostawa znowu usłyszeć wymówkę ze tym razem błąd systemu gdzie dzień wcześniej pani dzwoniła i potwierdzała dostawę. 2 poprzednie dostawy które oczywiście nie dotarły to samochód się zepsol i meble nie przyszły od producenta... Albo przywozicie meble na umuwina datę albo nie proste”

“Do not waste your time got a sofa delivered broken reported it straight away they refuse to give me a refund and the have been “fixing it” for 2 month. I now still have a broken sofa and waiting terrible service.”

“Waited 6 weeks and then they delivered wrong side of the sofa. Phone costumer service and been told they not sure when will they deliver correct sofa as they have different deliveries scheduled .What an absolute joke , still waiting for a manager to call me back but he seems not to be very bothered . Wouldn’t recommend going through that much trouble for the prices of sofas. Won’t be buying again.”

“Looked great sofa and it was good value for money; however three years down the line the faux leather started to disintegrate and now bits and pieces of coating falling off. Reasonable sofa if you need it for 2-3 years. Do not buy if you want it to last longer. Stain protection lasts only up to 1 year and than its just a normal faux leather.”

“Take pictures before you get anything delivered to your house because when they delivered my couch they knocked down part of my brick wall outside my house then said nothing to me about it! Then when I emailed the company about how they damaged my house they refuse to pay for what they did!!!!!! Never ordering from them again and will tell anyone who asks to not buy anything from here.”
