“Sofa przyszla pęknięta mimo pisania emaili i zgłaszania uszkodzenia nie uzyskałam zadnej pomocy ani zadośćuczynienia tylko informacje ze podpisałam dokument w ktorym biorę pełna odpowiedzialność za stan sofy i nic mi nie pomogą co jest nie prawda... sofa byla złożona I zafoliowana a uszkodzenie jest od środka. Zdjęcia zrobione z dokładną datą a zostałam obarczona winą za coś co juz bylo przed dostarczeniem. NIE POLECAM”

“Bad experience with this company and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Need to be really extra careful before you buy something from this company. Please read all the terms and conditions. The very first of all I purchased has been advertised as sofa bed. The sofa bed wouldn’t even fit my 8 year old son. Rang them they said if we want to return it have to pay £100 for the collection or buy another one and will have to pay for the new one an extra £100 delivery and the collection will happen for free. So yes we’ve chosen another one and agreed to pay the additional £150 plus £100 for delivery. We’ve had that delivered today and shocking wouldn’t be able to fit it through the door and the guys said I’m afraid we’re gonna charge you additional £30 for dismantling the sofa. They literally unscrewed two screws and did change us an extra £30. Not happy at all. Did wait over a month for the new sofa to turn up though”

“Ridiculous! First of all paid for delivery of 60-70£ just for the delivery driver to tell me he cant take the item upstairs. Unpacking the sofa was a myth and getting rid of the rubbish was a myth. Picture shows one day of using the couch and allready has sitting marks. Sofa looks nice but its just for looks! It has not been 2 weeks and look at the marks. Waste of money !!”

“Ordered a sofa in Dec was told max time for delivery 4 weeks. After 8 weeks and numorous contacts was given a date for delivery the date passed and still no sofa chased it up again and threatened to cancel payment through creditcard, recieved sofa a week later with a promise of 5% refund due to it being late. Still not recieved the refund now in mid March. Sent numorous messages no reply so gona write this honest review. Sofa quality is good customer service very poor, delivery time very bad. Never buy from this company again.”

“Please never purchase any item from Msofas as I sent the company my measurements for delivery to my home and they confirmed the sofa would fit in my property and it does not and they will not help me”

“Hi sofa is lovely however it was damaged before it arrived (chunk of leather out arm of sofa) the company are taking no responsibility for the damage even though I send pics of the sofa still in the packaging as I noticed it when opening the sofa. This damage was obviously done during the sofa getting packed up for shipping. So I would not recommend this company or use it again”

“The sofa is not that comfortable. On the website there was a bed in the same color as the sofa and it arrived in a different way. And the arms are difficult to bend, it often doesn't work.”

“Posiadam sofę z tego sklepu. Jestem bardzo niezadowolona z jej jakości. Nie dość że poduszki które służą do oparcia są tak niewygodne, że nie da sie wygodnie oprzeć, to głównym minusem jest to że po miesiącu użytkowania siadając na środku sofy czuje deskę! Czuć ją również na obrzeżach sofy. Jakość wykonania pozostawia więc wiele do życzenia. Złożyłam reklamacje 13 grudnia i do tej pory cisza. Nie polecam.”

“I’m extreme unsatisfactorily. The order will not be delivered in time. After a few weeks of delay, I gave up my order. Despite this, I had to pay 25% of the cost. I do not recommend. I lost my time and money.”
