“Excellent quality sofa bed. Arrived before Christmas and the delivery crew were very helpful. Unfortunately it arrived with one foot broken. We were told a replacement would be sent to us but nothing has arrived so far.”

“The sofa bed is very comfortable and relaxing. It is also beautiful. The storage is spacious and it is easy to use. The drivers handled everything and made the delivery easy and quick. The only issue is its weight which makes us a bit concerned about future movements. Thank you MSOFAS!”

“The sofa actually exceeded our expectations. Amazing quality, great design. Zuzanna from customer support was very nice to chat with. The two delivery men were super helpful and efficient. I can happily recommend the M Sofas company.”

“Customer service could slightly be improved. Had to chase for an update. Also, bit of a lack of communication after first delivery slot was rejected. However, that said, we absolutely love our sofa. It is well made, a lovely fabric, adjustable headrests are fab! It’s definitely worth the money. (Tried to upload a pic - wouldn’t let me ☹️)”

“It is great, comfortable, large, everyone will find their own place and it is a timeless design. One problem is with the handle and the lift, I don't know if I have too little strength, but sometimes it's hard to pull it upwards”

“Very quick delivery however we had to pay £29 extra on the day as one of the pieces would not fit in the door, so it had to be dismantled and reassembled by delivery guys. We have a standard door hence mSofa new about extra charge beforehand, yet we we were not informed earlier. I find it somewhat naughty. My point is that almost every customer will have the same issue as those sofas are large, so the fee should be included in the price. The sofa itself is great and well made, however note it is not a top grade leather but we knew we were buying splut leather which is is not as sturdy. We’ll see how long it will last.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking time in leaving us a review. Please, note in the confirmation email which you have received after purchasing the sofa there is an information to make sure you measure up all the doors. Please check the information below-which have been included in the email. Please check dimensions of the internal and external access points including doors, corridors, stairs, lift, corners etc. Check for dimensions against your desired sofa to ensure access is possible. Measurements of upholstered furniture are the nearest ± 2-3 %. Feel free to attach some photos and the Msofas delivery supervisor will be delighted to confirm whether the product will fit or not. Reply to this email or send information to support@msofas.co.uk with your details. There might be extra costs added (£25 - £70) if the furniture must be dismantled to fit.

“Nice sofa good service only thing wrong my seating height was 46cm but when arrived it was 43 a bit disappointing plus very hard seating”

“The sofa is well built, and the fabric is exactly as expected, quite comfortable. I'm very happy with the quality so far, had it for about a month. Delivery could be quicker, hence 4 stars, it was over 2 months from checkout to delivery.”
