Sofa looks very nice. Was delivered in May. After 3 days we noticed that one seat has sunk and I contacted customer service. I was informed that it will be repaired, but no one come back to us with any date! I emailed few more times, but every time we were given new excuse - covid situation, holiday season..... It's November now and still not resolved!
