“I am very disappointed with the recent service. I have placed an order and got email with delivery date and time which wasn't suitable for me, and I wanted to reschedule my delivery. I was aware, that I could only do it once. I have put the details requested to reschedule the delivery and next day women from call centre/customer service department called me and simply said that I have to accept the date I was offered as she cannot tell me when the next delivery in my area will be!!!!???? I was pushed to accept the date and time even that I have explained that I would be after 12 h night shift on that morning and my husband will be away so I would have to pay extra for upstairs delivery.I wasn't given an option and as an explanation why I cannot choose another day for the delivery I was told that because the warehouse/company is somwhere up north they don't do delivery very often to the south part of the country where I live. It's very bad especially when there is a home delivery (without the distance restrictions) available and I have paid for it !!!! When I have asked the delivery team how often they do delivery around my area they said ,that they are travelling to the area at least once a week. I am hoping ,that customer service at the customer department will be imroved and be at least satisfactory as the delivery/drivers with professional manners . I”

“We love our sofa bed, very comfortable and big. The colors look even better than on the picture. The sofa was delivered after about 4 weeks, more than satisfied with the producer and the whole service. I'd recommend MSofas any time.”

“Love our new sofa. Was let down twice in a row by a major furniture company. I was then sceptical to try a rather unpopular website. However, just like all the reviews say here, Msofas customer service is excellent! I also have to say they were very flexible and speedy. The sofa quality is literally the same if not better than what major sofa brands make on the market, delivery time was reasonable and they even assembled it for us. Not to mention that the popular major brand in question wanted to charge us literally twice more and got the wrong L-shape twice in the space of 9 months. I'd genuinely chose msofas every time now!”
