“Very quick delivery however we had to pay £29 extra on the day as one of the pieces would not fit in the door, so it had to be dismantled and reassembled by delivery guys. We have a standard door hence mSofa new about extra charge beforehand, yet we we were not informed earlier. I find it somewhat naughty. My point is that almost every customer will have the same issue as those sofas are large, so the fee should be included in the price. The sofa itself is great and well made, however note it is not a top grade leather but we knew we were buying splut leather which is is not as sturdy. We’ll see how long it will last.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking time in leaving us a review. Please, note in the confirmation email which you have received after purchasing the sofa there is an information to make sure you measure up all the doors. Please check the information below-which have been included in the email. Please check dimensions of the internal and external access points including doors, corridors, stairs, lift, corners etc. Check for dimensions against your desired sofa to ensure access is possible. Measurements of upholstered furniture are the nearest ± 2-3 %. Feel free to attach some photos and the Msofas delivery supervisor will be delighted to confirm whether the product will fit or not. Reply to this email or send information to support@msofas.co.uk with your details. There might be extra costs added (£25 - £70) if the furniture must be dismantled to fit.

“I bought Asto corner sofa bed Vera, it is very comfortable, nice. Was a quick delivery, delivery drivers was very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied.Thank you”

“Communication was good given delivery date and time slot to confirm then on the day a tracking link given and a text beforehand. On delivery helpful delivery drivers put in room and place of choice removing packaging and making sure all ok. Very comfy and smart dog loves it too comfy and hardwearing.”

“The whole process from buying to delivery was very smooth and I was kept up to date during the whole process. The gentlemen who delivered were kind and assembled the sofa and took the packaging with them. The sofa is absolutely lovely and as advertised. Very sturdy ans good quality.”

“Fantastic service! I ordered the wrong colour, sent an email with my error and it was arranged the next morning that my order was changed. Deliver was 17 days, great communication, able to track, text message received when it was close. Delivery drivers polite & considerate as they took off shoes for cream carpet. Assembly was done quickly & took all packaging away.”

“My sofa was delivered two weeks ago. After one week I have received another text asking me to accept deliver time . I could not understand what was going on … I thought was a mistake and I wrote a message into the system . After one day I was contacted by the team who was saying they forgot two pillows and they wanted to deliver them the following Saturday . I told them I was not at home . I have suggested to leave at the concierge. Despite that the following Saturday I was called two times insistently while I was working and could not answer. When I went home nobody left the pillows . How they can expect to deliver additional items that they forgot to deliver when it shouts them and clearly not following any instruction.”
