“I have 2nd time experience with Msofa ,1st time I was extremely happy with new sofa corner bed 2 nd unfortunately far from that. After new sofa arrive I notice som abnormalities in the construction of the sofa unfortunately help center ignore my complain becous don't have insurance. Sleep area manufacturing fault no chance to sleep comfortably with gap 6cm between seats and folding area . Last time placed order a d will no recomend for frend any more sorry. Verry disappointed 😞”

“The order arrived a month earlier than the deadline. The upholstery is of high quality, well made, and the colors are a little brighter than on the website, but beautiful. We are very happy with the choice made.”

“Found the sofa set I was looking for at Msofas as I was looking for a specific type it wasn't easy to find one that I could afford but as soon as I seen it on the Msofa website I had to have it the price was very reasonable. The two guys that delivered it were excellent very knowledgeable about the construction of the sofa set and although it's a large set it didn't take them long to get it in to my property. Excellent service. WM”

“Customer service could slightly be improved. Had to chase for an update. Also, bit of a lack of communication after first delivery slot was rejected. However, that said, we absolutely love our sofa. It is well made, a lovely fabric, adjustable headrests are fab! It’s definitely worth the money. (Tried to upload a pic - wouldn’t let me ☹️)”

“I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY SOFA, BUT I DID ORDER THE WRONG SIDE THAT IS WHST I believe the company have to do something to mske sure to order the correct side. Thanks.”

“Ordering was easy. The sofa arrived within 14 days - which was great. It is very comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to use M Sofas again. Excellent staff at Halifax showroom.”
