Motorway provided an excellent one stop solution to obtaining a number of online valuations of my car from different potential buyers. The range of valuations I received was quite diverse, but I selected one of the offers and then dealt directly with that company. Motorway checked with me that the process was going properly and that I was happy with the offer and the company I selected. I was pleased with Motorway, they took a lot of the time and hassle out of the selling process and I did eventually sell to one of the companies they introduced.

Very helpful throughout. Got 5 quotes, didn't go for highest as knew they'd drop price significantly but advice given made whole process take 2 days. Day of handover all concluded including payment within an hour. Recommend highly.

Selling my car through Motorway was reasonably easy although it was a little confusing receiving communications from different people and it was not clear who was looking after my sale. It was a little disappointing to receive further questions about my the depth of tread on the tyres from the buyer after the price was agreed as this gave the impression they were looking for an opportunity to actually pay a lower amount. Fortunately the tyre tread depth did not prove to be an issue but i was required to send further pictures directly to the buyer. Also payment for my car was not the quick bank transfer I was told to expect and payment has still not been received at this time four days after the car was handed over. The buyer is a large national dealer and I don’t have any concerns about receiving payment but having to wait for the payment to be processed over a number of days was not what was expected.
