“My car has been for sale for well over a week and had no contact from motorway unless instigated by myself. I have sent 3 e-mails to my contact and only on the first occasion had a response, been ignored other times. Customer service is non- existant at the moment would never use or recommend them again”

“I thought I could sell my parents car easily using Gumtree and Auto trader. Had many looks on both but no phone calls or buyers. Tried webuyanycar.com and motorway. The best result came from Motorway and the car sold for a good price the day the offer was accepted by my parents. They sent a driver who checked the details and after the deal was complete the money was transferred to their bank account within 3 minutes. i Really recomend them.”

“After submitted the details of my car to Motorway, I was provided with a number of offers. I selected one and completed the acceptance form. I was then contacted by Dominic as per the agreed timescale and a visit was arranged for inspection of my car. This took place at the place and time agreed. Dominic then contacted the car collection company and the collection day/time was agreed. The driver arrived, checked over the car & contacted Dominic. The agreed price was then transferred to my account and the driver departed with my car. I thoroughly recommend using Motorway as a means of selling a car.”
