“Selling my car through Motorway was reasonably easy although it was a little confusing receiving communications from different people and it was not clear who was looking after my sale. It was a little disappointing to receive further questions about my the depth of tread on the tyres from the buyer after the price was agreed as this gave the impression they were looking for an opportunity to actually pay a lower amount. Fortunately the tyre tread depth did not prove to be an issue but i was required to send further pictures directly to the buyer. Also payment for my car was not the quick bank transfer I was told to expect and payment has still not been received at this time four days after the car was handed over. The buyer is a large national dealer and I don’t have any concerns about receiving payment but having to wait for the payment to be processed over a number of days was not what was expected.”
