“Joanne was really supportive from the get go. I had initially booked my appointment and when Joanne called, I was not ready to have the conversation at the time but we arranged a call back time which was quite late and she actually called me back at the agreed time. This really made my happy as I have a busy and uncertain schedule at times. Initial detail process was very smooth and she quickly gave us options which on choosing, she started working on our mortage application from the get go. Joanne was always reassuring and responsive. I had to contact 3 other mortgage advisors in the process of reserving a home whom were very dismissive and two told I and partner, we would not be successful. We stock with Joanne and although our mortage sorting took a while, she never stopped advising and fighting for us. We are first time buyers thus unaware of alot of the process but with Joanne, it was a walk in the park. She always responded to our queries, was very reassuring and kind. Even after we got the offer, she kept making sure our HTB process was going alright, and arranged our insurances. I am really grateful for her services and can't recommended her enough. I have already recommended her and GHL to my friends and will definitely use again in future.”

“I went through a very tough stage of my life whilst buying my current home, due to numerous things outside of Alistair’s and Emma’s line of work and no matter what night and day they always helped, in fact if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t currently own a home, everything on there side was very quick and easy and they both made and my partner feel no stress at all through the process, I can’t thank them both enough for everything they did for us along the way and would 100% recommend them to anyone who asked”
