“So far Gemma (Boden) has been amazing. From the first phone call Gemma has been nothing but a friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and professional source of advice and support for myself and my partner throughout this process of buying our first home. When other professionals such as estate agent and solicitor have demonstrated poor or lack of communication, mis-information and delays, Gemma has been nothing short of fantastic with swift replies, regular contact and generally giving us the time and explaining everything in detail in a way that we can understand. Nothing has ever been too much. We know she has other clients but we have been made to feel as though we are her only ones. She is quick and efficient, gets everything done when she says she will and never makes us feel rushed or and inconvenience. We honestly are so grateful we have had Gemma to support us on this journey and don't know what we would have done without having her there. We can't thank her enough.”

“Our advisor Lee Dowdy was absolutely amazing and made the whole process stress free for us. He was always available and on hand to respond to any call/message or email request or concern we had. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all very understanding. We trusted him completely and don’t think we could have done this without his support and guidance.
