“We were told numerous times that we would never get a mortgage/ a mortgage with a high street lender with my partner being on a maternity contract. However, I had been in contract with Bill for less than 24 hours and he advised us that Barclays were willing to lend us the money. Bill reassured me through the whole process as I was super anxious and worried we would not get accepted. Bill never gave up and worked so hard to be able to give us good news! We now live in our dream first home and it’s all because of him. We’re so grateful and anybody who gets to have Bill as their advisor will not be disappointed. Thanks so much again.
