From start to finish, Joan was exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us secure the right mortgage. She guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, always making time to answer questions and explain things properly. What really stood out was how hard she worked behind the scenes to get our mortgage through smoothly, even when things became stressful. “As first-time buyers, the whole mortgage process felt quite overwhelming at the start, but Joanne Kay made everything so much easier from beginning to end. She has been absolutely amazing throughout, always professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly supportive. Joanne explained every step clearly, kept us updated throughout the process and was always available to answer our questions no matter how small.
