“I was referred to Mortgage Light by Abbey New Homes. Was appointed to Urvi Shah as mortgage broker. What can I say, Urvi was Godsend, she makes this mortgage soo smooth and easy. Still can not believe it, we got a mortgage offer within less than 2 weeks is application. I wish I knew her earlier. Urvi was a very good listener, communicator and always replied to my phone calls and million questions. I will 💯 % recommend Urvi to lots of people. The best thing is Urvi managed to get me a mortgage offer straight away whereas other previous brokers would just waste my time and let me down at the end. “Cara and Tammy have been on the ball with the twists and turns of a turbulent market for a mortgage application, sometimes delivering less than favourable information, where the approach was skill-fully executed! Their due diligence during the festive break was exceptionally appreciated. The process is ongoing and a relationship I expect to use again in the future. Well done both.”

“I have just been given a mortgage offer yesterday after Urvi Shah put in so much effort for us. I am honestly so happy and pleased with the service I received from Urvi. From the first conversation we have had she has been extremely friendly, patient, professional and just the perfect person to deal with everything when making such a big decision in life. Our particular case was a very difficult one as my Mrs is self-employed and didn’t have enough accounts so we had to go by projected figures from the accountant. However even with like only a couple payslips instead of 2/3 years which is normally expected, she managed to get us an offer! No question was to much for Urvi and she would always be happy to answer every single one of them. She was never in a rush to get of the phone and would always be happy to invest time to explain every single step of the process. I would recommend Mortgage Light to anyone and specially Urvi!”

“I don’t normally write reviews however I really felt the need to on this occasion. Cara is the best, she has been there consistently from day 1, taking time in explaining how everything works, the next steps, helping me with the paper work. Even when things were messed up with the development (delayed) Cara got a mortgage extension sorted straight away. Absolute peace of mind from start to finish. Thank-you Cara”

“My partner and I are very grateful for the support given by Urvi. This is our first time buyers and the process was long. However, Urvi walked with us the entire journey and ensured that communication conveyed during the process was effective. Even when you are busy, you made sure that you returned the calls. This was so important to us to know that someone was able to really understand buying a house can create a lot of anxiety. Additionally, being involved and informed was paramount. “Mortgage Light really made the moving process as informative and smooth as it could be. James Carr in particular really helped me in every instance - at some points I was calling every day to learn the next step and all of the 'what ifs'! I'm a worrier in general - his knowledge and compassion relaxed me every step of the way, even when there were hiccups. “Our first contact with James Carr was an initial mortgage application for a house we later withdrew from as we weren't fully ready. When we found the house that we were ready to buy, we contacted James and he was happy to carry on from where he stopped and we were pleased to engage him due to the quality service he provided initially. As first time buyers, we felt like he literally held our hands throughout the process, guiding and providing professional advice and recommendations. “Why do they make available just 5 stars? I would have given 7 for all the help and support I received from Urvi Shah during the entire buying process. She is professional, knowledgeable, supportive and an excellent communicator. Her willingness to provide support even outside working hours was a bit of a surprize and I really appreciated her effort to get in contact immediately, when she was able to.
