“James contacted us around 4 months before our mortgage was up for renewal and advised us to lock in early as interest rates were on the rise. We did and it was a great decision. Really appreciated his advise and quick work to get our mortgage sorted, thanks James!”

“Why do they make available just 5 stars? I would have given 7 for all the help and support I received from Urvi Shah during the entire buying process. She is professional, knowledgeable, supportive and an excellent communicator. Her willingness to provide support even outside working hours was a bit of a surprize and I really appreciated her effort to get in contact immediately, when she was able to. You deserve my 7 stars rating and I deeply THANK YOU, Urvi Shah!”

“We first spoke with Mortgage Light and Urvi Shah as the recommended financial advisors of a housing association, for a flat that we did not choose to buy at the end. When we decided which flat we want to reserve, at a different development, even thought they are working with a different financial company, we contacted again Urvi and asked her to be our advisor. We have felt confident and reassured, already from the first communications, that Urvi would help us to get the best mortgage offer we could. Her excellent communication skills, clarity, patience (it is our first ever mortgage) and analytical explanations about different options and products throughout the whole process were extremely helpful. Today we have received our offer, much earlier than we thought we would. We are absolutely convinced it is the best we could get, under our circumstances, and we are very happy about it. Thank you, Urvi! “Urvi Shah has been amazing, professional, very resourceful, very knowledgeable, optimistic and consistent at every stage from day 1. Her personality and sense of humour came through over the phone/ emails, made it easier to work with her while I was juggling a demanding job. What would otherwise have been a stressful process has turned out to be a positive experience resulting in me getting exactly what I wanted. “Cara D. made the whole mortgaging process a breeze. Not only made she every effort to help with our non-standard case (one of us did not have permanent residency), but also sourced a good life insurance option (something I was trying myself but failed) . She has always been responsive and proactive through the whole process, helping with every step. Highly recommended!”

“When i First started my journey with mortgage light. To be honest i was done as soon as i started. I had to constantly call and had no response fr om the broker that was helping me at the time. come to find out the reason why is because he exited the business. I was then past onto Daniel Hopper. Who i can honestly as a first time buyer helped me every step of the way and answer any question i had. Accommodated me even just before work hours ended. if you need a good honest mortgage adviser Dan is your man!!!”
