“I would not recommend this broker. There were issues from the outset with the shared ownership eligibility process, a call took place but nothing was followed through, and it was only after multiple chases from myself and even the sales advisor that the process was restarted. Despite being promised communication would improve which I believed to be true after an initial phone call and emails stating the relevant team member was no longer at the company, this did not happen. There was no joined-up communication between the broker and the lender, the lender confirmed information had been passed across, yet it was never relayed to me. During staff annual leave there was no cover or communication, which was particularly concerning when I was waiting on updates. I also received calls intended for other customers. Overall, the process felt disorganised and unprofessional.”

“Not very responsive. Didn’t keep us up to date with things. Constantly had to be chasing the advisor up. And having to repeat ourselves due to information not being passed on. Not the best experience!”
