“From start to finish Siobhan and Tammy have been fantastic. In simple words Siobhan could have made explaining everything very complicated but in few words she makes sure you understand and trust me anyone from first time buyers to second time buyers would understand. I live in Manchester and have never seen Siobhan or Tammy but will say it doesn’t matter where you live in the uk they are at help. I would highly recommend Mortgage Light to anyone specifically first time homebuyers.”

“Could not be more pleased and relaxed when it came to the service of Natasha & Tammy. As first time buyers we weren’t really sure what steps were to be taken and so on, but all steps were explained, everything went smoothly and an update was given asap, felt really looked after. Emails and calls were always responded to whether it was in under half an hour, 2 hours or 12 hours (if you emailed late at night) Couldn’t recommend anyone else!!”

“I really liked that they introduced themselves to me on the phone first so the all communication felt human. They kept me up to date and let me know of time scales on advance which helped reduce the wonder and worry. Kerry was such a pleasure”

“I would recommend Natasha to anyone looking to take out a mortgage. We had a few problems at the start but Natasha sorted them. She’s always kept in communication with us from the start and always helped with any questions. Buying a house is a very scary process in itself but Natasha made it feel not so scary. Thank you so much for your help in everything and always being there to answer my 1000 questions!!”

“Alex and the team were excellent! Being First Time Buyers, me and my partner were completely new to the mortgage process but Alex helped us to get a great deal as well as going above and beyond to answer and questions and queries I had. The whole team were super response and got everthing moving as quick as possible. I couldn't recommend them higher and will be using them again on my next house!”
