“Mortgage Light have been super supportive. I had some trouble with previous mortgage broker and I have had every question answered. They have been on it with the application and approval process and also chasing when needed. I’m really happy with the service I’ve had so far! They have found me a mortgage suitable for me. I will continue to use them for sure. Kerry has been extremely supportive and proactive in my process so far, I couldn’t ask for more!”

“From our initial consultation all the way back in 2019, the team at Mortgage Light, specifically James Carr, made the entire process of searching and applying for a mortgage smooth and stress free. James is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and always takes the time to explain every step in detail. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to secure a great initial rate and felt confident throughout the entire process. Over the many years, James has been outstanding throughout our multiple remortgaging applications. “We are so lucky to have been recommended Mortgage Light. Jordan worked tirelessly to find us a mortgage lender, when at many points it had looked out of reach/ near impossible for us. He always worked calmly under pressure; especially with us having a limited timescale,because the plots we wanted were being snapped up rapidly, and there only being a few within our budget available. “Remortgaging with Mortgage Light I first got my mortgage through Mortgage Light two years ago, and they made the whole process incredibly easy. They took a lot of the stress off my shoulders by researching and finding the best mortgage deals for me. When it came time to remortgage, I was helped by James Carr, who was absolutely fantastic. He responded quickly to any queries I had, was always happy to jump on a call, and delivered professional and polite customer service throughout. Impressively, James began looking into the best deals for me six months before the remortgage was due and continued right up until the last moment. Thanks to his persistence, he managed to lock in a lower rate just as it dropped. Would I recommend Mortgage Light to friends, family, or anyone looking to remortgage? 100% yes, I would!”
