“I have been working with the Mortgage1st company since 2021. During that time, I was extremely pleased as they managed to find the best deal for us, which we couldn't find anywhere else. We had only a 10% deposit and hadn't obtained our citizenship yet, so we were feeling somewhat hopeless. However, Elliot diligently worked on our case and successfully secured a mortgage for us, allowing us to purchase our dream house. This year (2023), we have once again chosen to remortgage with them. Their responsiveness to our inquiries is commendable. They are remarkably helpful, kind, and friendly. Despite my limited understanding of financial decisions, they guided us in the best possible way. I sincerely express my gratitude to them. For anyone who is considering this company, I wholeheartedly recommend working with them. They are not only trustworthy but also exceptionally professional in their work.”

“We used Joseph Alvey as our broker and we couldn't have been happier! As first time buyers we were pretty clueless and anxious but Joseph walked us through the steps, provided us with lots of information and options and took the time to explain things we didn't understand. He always responded within 24 hours and we had our DIP come through within 3 weeks and mortgage offer within 6 weeks. We couldn't have asked for anything else from him and don't have any feedback on anything he could have done better, because he was brilliant!!”
