“I was recommended Mortgage 1st by a comparison website. I was extremely short on time as my offer was accepted on a great property and my previous mortgage advisor stalled in providing me with a definite answer to only eventually say that they can’t do anything for me. I spoke to Lucy on a Friday morning and in a matter of hours she had an Agreement in Principle for me. Lucy was always proactive, responsive and personable with me. I know she really cared. I eventually proceeded with making a full mortgage application and received the offer in a diligent two weeks! The mortgage processor Keeley was equally brilliant and got straight to the point as to what she needed and why. I am ecstatic and will always trust 1st mortgages in the future. I told Lucy this - she is worth her weight in gold!”

“The ladies in the team were fantastic, Sharlene and Harriette were great. I had numerous delays with getting stuff agreed in the lending and solicitors. They were checking and chasing things up, it ensured I got to lock in a great rate. “As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a 95% LTV mortgage with a VISA (which is not the best combination) but Sam found a lender pretty quickly and Mortgage 1st is the only broker who didn't wanna charge me.
