“The ladies in the team were fantastic, Sharlene and Harriette were great. I had numerous delays with getting stuff agreed in the lending and solicitors. They were checking and chasing things up, it ensured I got to lock in a great rate. I highly recommend using Harriette as a broker, her knowledge of the market is excellent and knows how to find the best deals, better than going to find your own.”

“As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a 95% LTV mortgage with a VISA (which is not the best combination) but Sam found a lender pretty quickly and Mortgage 1st is the only broker who didn't wanna charge me.
