“Working with Mortgage 1st was the best and easiest interaction of the whole house buying process. We were in contact with Lauren and Preet during our application. Lauren was extremely prompt in responding throughout the process. I really felt she went above and beyond and showed dedication and professionalism that is exemplary. After the initial details were put together we were then supported by Preet, who again showed great customer focus and completed the application process for us. I would 100% recommend Mortgage first - and that's from someone who was initially not keen on using a mortgage adviser!”

My mortgage was arranged .. and then rearranged several times due to property purchases falling through. four properties over 8 months!the attention and immediate support was faultless all the way through the process. “When we made the call to Mortgage 1st and spoke to Mark, he reassured us that we were in good hands. We felt that all questions we had was answered. Once we agreed to a product that suited our needs Mark passed our case to Anne, and again we were kept up to date until till we received an email that our mortgage application was excepted. We never felt rushed in to doing anything we felt didn't suit us, and would happily recommend picking up the phone or emailing Mortgage 1st for support and advice on a product that would suit your needs. “I am a first time buyer and I didn’t really have much knowledge about the process of buying a house. So I looked for a brokers and found Mortgage 1st and made an enquiry. Writhing 24 hours a woman called Sophie phoned me and gave me the knowledge I need. Sophie supported me throughout the whole process, customer service was amazing.
