“Just bought my second mooncup after 15 years with the first. I was reluctant to take the plunge when I first got one but after a little practice got used to it very quickly. It's so much more comfortable than pads or tampons and saves so much money! And my main win is the environmental benefit. The customer service was some of the best I've received - friendly, kind, very helpful and knowledgable responses that really helped me choose the size best for me. Can't recommend them enough!”

“I made the switch from pads and tampons to the mooncup 2 months ago and i'm glad i took the plunge. It's much easier to use than i thought. I usually have one or two nights of very heavy flow, a tampon + pad was sometimes not enough, and also very messy. To my surprise the mooncup proved much much better at coping with the night flow, only a tiny leak once. The only downside is needing running water to rinse it out before reinserting. I work from home so that it is'nt so much of a problem, but using public toilets would definately be inconvinient. I guess taking a bottle of water to rinse is an option. But the main reason why i bought the mooncup is that it's better for our world. I was sick of shelling out money on pads and tampons that were environmentally damaging.”

“After considering whether or not to buy a Mooncup I finally decided to take the plunge a few months ago. My period flow can be erratic with occasional flooding and then very light flow which made tampons problematic as I either had to change them every couple of hours to avoid leaks or they left me too dry. The Mooncup has helped massively as I can insert it and then forget about it for most of the day. Heavy flow or light flow, doesn’t matter. One problem I had initially was some leakage - I thought it wasn’t working properly, but I discovered when I inserted the Mooncup it hadn’t unfolded fully. I have to check it has ‘popped’ back into shape once inserted, but once I realised that I have not had any issue at all. I haven’t been brave enough to trim the stem yet, as it sometimes moves quite high (especially overnight) but once I am more confident that I will be able to remove it without the stem I will do that. This will help with comfort as I am occasionally aware of the stem, but it is only uncomfortable rather than painful. Overall, it took me a little getting used to, but I highly recommend this as it has allowed me to ‘forget’ all about my period, especially when I am busy at work and can’t ensure regular bathroom breaks.”

“Speedy delivery, felt the price was worth making the change from tampons. Initially found it a bit intimidating but once I had experimented with different folds and insertion techniques I'm glad I've made the switch. I still wear a pad for security but feel i won't need to for much longer.”

“I've used a mooncup for 17 years after the birth if my daughter in 2005. It's the best thing I've ever done. It took some practice to get the hang of but once you've got that down it's plain sailing! I've had to change my mooncup every 6 years but it's worth it. When I had to get a new one I had to use tampons and sanitary pads for a bit and it was horrible! I felt self conscious and uncomfortable, when I use my mooncup I don't even feeling like I'm on my period, I feel comfortable, clean and not self conscious. It's the best investment I've ever made. Highly recommended.”

“Best product I ever bought for myself in the category body-wellness. Bought my first cup 10 years ago and never looked back. Now have the version for after giving birth and I am so satisfied, am thrilled with how easy it is to comfortably insert and use. I've been recommending Mooncups as well as giving them as gifts for these past 10 years and have no plans to stop doing that. The whole package has always been 100% - service, price, delivery - I wouldn't know anything about returns and refund, would never get rid of my cups again. Would recommend Mooncup any day.”

“I’m new to using the mooncup but it’s been great so far! Had no issues with inserting or removing (which is something I was worried about) and it’s also really easy to clean. “My moon cup arrived quickly but it was uncomfortable to wear, I contacted customer service and they were great! Really supportive and were able to ask the right questions. Turns out I am smaller for my age group and needed the A cup rather than the B. The replacement arrived quickly and is super comfortable, never had any leaks and it works perfectly. I love my moomcup, I wouldn't use anything else.”

“It's a wonderful product. However, using it has been a steep learning curve. Inserting; no problem. Removing it; turned the bathroom into a crime scene after it'd been stuck for two days. But once you get the hang of it it's absolutely marvellous. Less waste, my body's happier and I don't have to think about it for hours (I sometimes forget I am on my period, which wasn't really a thing before the moon cup..)”

“Mooncup was the first menstrual cup I ever used. Mine lasted for ten years before I dropped it down the toilet (after a toilet incident where...lets just say there was no reusing the reusable cup after that) and after subsequent years of using alternative menstrual cups by a variety of companies and feeling dissatisfied, I returned to the original and (in my experience) best cup out there. When I decided to buy another cup, I was a bit nervous about getting the right size - I contacted customer service and Sophia, who answered my emails, was really helpful and informative. Stellar company with proper ethics. Will recommend Mooncups to anyone who will listen.”

“I started to use the Mooncup when my sister got back from her studies in Leeds in 2008. I always had problems with tampons and nappies. I had inflammations so my periods were a nightmare. Then she told me she found out about the Mooncup during her stay in UK and I ordered my first Mooncup on her advise because she was really happy with hers.
