My moon cup arrived quickly but it was uncomfortable to wear, I contacted customer service and they were great! Really supportive and were able to ask the right questions. Turns out I am smaller for my age group and needed the A cup rather than the B. The replacement arrived quickly and is super comfortable, never had any leaks and it works perfectly. I love my moomcup, I wouldn't use anything else.
