I've used a mooncup for 17 years after the birth if my daughter in 2005. It's the best thing I've ever done. It took some practice to get the hang of but once you've got that down it's plain sailing! I've had to change my mooncup every 6 years but it's worth it. When I had to get a new one I had to use tampons and sanitary pads for a bit and it was horrible! I felt self conscious and uncomfortable, when I use my mooncup I don't even feeling like I'm on my period, I feel comfortable, clean and not self conscious. It's the best investment I've ever made. Highly recommended.
