It's a wonderful product. However, using it has been a steep learning curve. Inserting; no problem. Removing it; turned the bathroom into a crime scene after it'd been stuck for two days. But once you get the hang of it it's absolutely marvellous. Less waste, my body's happier and I don't have to think about it for hours (I sometimes forget I am on my period, which wasn't really a thing before the moon cup..)
