“You've changed the pads, the previous ones were excellent and comfortable. These are now hard and uncomfortable, please change them back. My teen loved the previous ones, we bought them again in the new packaging and they are not the same product anymore.”

“I found it difficult to insert and it felt very uncomfortable. Maybe I would do better with a smaller size but I went with what was recommended on the website. I've never got on with tampons as I hate the dry feeling, but read reviews saying I should get on with a Mooncup. It didn't feel dry but it was very uncomfortable trying to break the seal to get it back out, even when I'd used lubricant to get it in. Will not be spending money to try again.”

“I have used a mooncup since 2008 and barely had any problems prior to having children. Since having children I have started using it again and it feels more uncomfortable and does not fit as well as earlier. I bought size A but feels that it sits too low. I trimmed the stem but just doesn't feel as comfortable as earlier.”

“New user and I've followed every troubleshoot and it still leaks constantly. I so wanted this to work but I hate being in constant worry that it's leaking. Thankfully, I bought some period pants, which have been so useful at stopping embarrassing leaks onto clothing. Frustratingly expensive for something that doesn't work with my body 😭”
