Thank you for your review, we really appreciate the feedback! The review is mainly in relation to the service provided by MoneyMaxim, and we are not the insurers ourselves, but in any case, we have every confidence in the insurers we're associated to and that they would deliver in the event of a claim (subject to T&Cs') - You will get the option to review your insurer shortly! Thanks again, and have a great time abroad! Ross Customer Service Specialist
