Hi and thank you so much for the comments - we are checking everything here - as this is the first report we have had of such issues - so want to make sure this is at worst an isolated event. Technology is a wonderful thing - but with so many moving parts between you and us its fair to say that on rare occasions things do not work quite as intended! “Great site for getting good value annual car hire excess insurance. I needed this for car hire in Florida and saved a lot of money by not taking the cover offered by the car hire company. Money Maxime also very prompt and helpful when contacting them.”
