“Most of the providers' poorest reviews are from people who had had to make a claim (most of the good reviews were from people who had not have to claim). One provider had good reviews from customers who had claimed but their policies were (understandably) more expensive than all the others. Mark from MoneyMaximiser subsequently explained that claims problems are rare and when they do occur MoneyMaximiser often help to resolve issues.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - and for subsequently chatting through your concerns. This is not an issue we see to be honest - as claim handling is an efficient process and claims are normally paid within a few days. In the normal scheme of things the only reason that delays occur is when the required paperwork such as the hire agreement, details of the claim etc is not provided, an issue that is quickly rectified. There was an occasion a few years ago when a insurer changed underwriter and, for a short period, experienced system issues - at that time we did at that time work with affected users in ensuring their claims were settled - that was exceptional. We will always lend a hand to our users though if required - whether they have queries when buying, have forgotten when insurer they used, or need support having made a claim. The MoneyMaxim Team
