Bryan Peak Yes, Martin Lewis has been a very strong advocate for these types of policies for a number of years now. To think you can currently get a Daily European Policy for just over £2 per day and even an Annual European Policy for under £32, represents incredible value for the cover they provide and peace of mind when hiring your car. “I spoke to someone (pretty sure his name was Dave?) who walked me through it all, as I wasn't sure what insurance to get. I also got a discount for a hire car through their sister website that was cheaper than the one that I had already hired (luckily it's free to cancel).”

“The website was clear and easy to use. I found the type of excess cover that I required quite quickly. The review comments were useful but it seemed strange that the time of all the reviews was '2years'? The test of the cover will be if I ever have to use it, but up to here, all good.”

Hi Katy, This is really odd - we have retraced your steps - and as you say you searched for a CDW / SLI policy - and that is the type of policies we displayed. You then completed your purchase and you have bought a CDW / SLI policy. We have tried to contact you this morning to resolve any misunderstanding.
