“Great product, really useful. Easy to use. ay to get alternative providers and deals. Only reason for not giving 5* is that I ended up buying second best deal as l as found it impossible to complete purchase on first. Even tried calling the insurance company #1 to try to pay, since they never answered pleased I couldn’t buy it as that suggests it would have been a similar experience if having to make a claim”

Heather Lightbody I'm really sorry to hear this. Your review does co-inside at a time when the 3DS system for accepting payments was changing. A number of suppliers and other business types did have teething problems, which prevented payments and delays. The good news is that this seems to be a rarity now, as the new systems are now embedded and customers are now getting used to the extra security that is now required in confirming payment by card or online. I'm again very sorry to hear of your experience but pleased to know that you were able to find a policy with the features that you required and within the same price range. Simon North Yes, a number of the Car Hire Excess Insurers on our site provide discounted policies, when you chose their policy and then click from our site to there's and then purchase online.
