Hi, its on the way to the 2 man delivery team today who will book in the delivery and even carry it in for you. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave the review rather than query directly with us. We us a 2 man service for all our heavy baths and shower trays, although it can add an extra few days to the delivery - it's still not even a week since you ordered.

“What can I say? Just an absolutely brilliant service. We ordered a stainless steel sink from them but unfortunately when it arrived part of one corner was damaged. We immediately e-mailed them and was told it would be picked up the following day and a replacement sink would be delivered 2 days after. Lo and behold it happened just as they said it would. Replacement sink almost perfect but the tap hole stopper was very faded and not legible, so after another e-mail to them a replacement tap hole stopper arrived 5 days after conversation as it had to be ordered from supplier. Brilliant!!! Can't fault anything about this company from our point of view from the price of the sink, delivery and return.”
