“Very simple to order and super quick delivery. We did try to call to ask a question and we also tried the chat but no one came back to us! Luckily we took the risk and ordered and it worked out!”

“Failed to deliver despite a delivery date. When I called twice to chase was simply told it’s going to be a week late. Has put the project behind. Customer service very poor no attempt to even rectify the issue.”

“Our glass hob purchased 6 months ago shattered fortunately with no injuries . I reported it and received a prompt and concerned response from your customer service department together with confirmation of a 2 year warranty. As requested I sent a couple of pictures showing the damage and was offered a choice of replacements we elected same for same and were given a 2 hour delivery slot for next day. The delivery was on time and the whole issue had been resolved within 48 hrs. Excellent customer service I will use your company again as and when required for future purchases.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of electrical single built-in oven Bosch. The sales advisor Greg has been so helpful, giving me the best advise and including a free delivery. He did all his best to ensure that the oven will be delivered with care. Highly recommended.”
