“Everything was OK until delivery which was arranged for & promised for 5th July 2024. This did not happen, despite me informing you that I would then be on holiday for 3 weeks. Modern Living blamed my lack of access by phone by the supplier, a 3rd party I had no knowledge of. The delivery was made today 30th August 2024. The original invoice stated that 2 man delivery was included. The delivery was made by 1 man.”

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. Although your order left on time for delivery on the scheduled date, there was an unforeseen delay with Palletline, causing the delivery to miss the agreed date. Miro typically contacts customers to schedule deliveries and avoid wasted trips. Unfortunately, our process fell short this time, and we didn't meet our usual standards. We have since implemented additional systems with Miro to ensure better communication and coordination for future deliveries. Regarding the two-man delivery, our Miro ceiling hoods are delivered via pallet, as clearly stated in the on-page delivery information. We apologize for any confusion caused by the incorrect "2 Man Free Delivery" shipping class tag on the invoice, which should have been listed as just "Free Delivery." We have corrected this error. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
