“The extractor Hob ViandPro - Aria Flush Fit Ceiling Hood 90x30 White/Stainless Steel was delivered as expected and securely, the fitting of the hob was awkward and the clips to attach to the cross beam were very fidly and became a three person job at the end. Also the syncing up the remote control requires many attempts, and should be much simpler. but the hood is quiet and seems to work OK.”

“I rang in desparate need of a kitchen tap the next day and the person I spoke to was UNBELIEVABLY helpful, she went the extra mile to find the right tap (the last one left in stock and not on the computer) and get it out to me for next-day delivery. Life saver. Thank you!!!”

“Great price when looking for a specific product. I emailed twice for any information on the delivery time, I did not receive a reply, I then turned up on site to find the goods left at the rear of the house in the rain. I would just ask for much more communication regarding who is delivering & when.”
