“First time ordering from this company and highly recommend I was unsure of how many boxes of flooring I would need the gentleman on the phone (Michael I think he was called ) was really helpful also I didn’t need order for 6 weeks which was not a problem I phoned to say I was ready for delivery and was with me in two very fast and friendly experience”

“Unfortunately I cannot rate my experience with them as Acceptable. Simply because of 2 reasons: 1. On 18th of May I sent them an email claiming warranty for a product. Not even today I got an update for that. 2. When I ordered a shower profile pack I received the package and product in pieces, everything falling apart. There has been several mistakes in the process of getting this rectified and having sent a replacement for which I also sent them CCTV footage of the delivery. I had to chase them every day for the replacement, at some point they thought that has been sent, however it wasn't etc. For me, this is a no go and I will submit today a credit card claim with all the email evidences. Attached photos with the package falling apart getting delivered.”

“The item I purchased was a competitive price and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately there was a problem with the metal visor on the cooker hood, but Amreen from customer service was incredibly helpful in resolving this with the manufacture.”

“I was kept fully informed by email and text message from the point of order until it was delivered. The item was checked on delivery and was packaged well and in good order. The reason for the 4 star review is that I haven't had the extractor fitted yet (imminent) so cannot comment on how effective it is.”

“I bought Scott and James double bowl double drainer from you in April, when I went to install the sink last week I realised the waste system parts were missing, my fault for not checking on delivery. I phoned yourselves for help and was amazed and most grateful when the missing parts were delivered next day despite a Bank Holiday weekend. I have now completed the installation of the sink. I wish more companies were as efficient as you and would have no hesitation recommending Modern Living to others”
