“I was kept fully informed by email and text message from the point of order until it was delivered. The item was checked on delivery and was packaged well and in good order. The reason for the 4 star review is that I haven't had the extractor fitted yet (imminent) so cannot comment on how effective it is.”

“The extractor Hob ViandPro - Aria Flush Fit Ceiling Hood 90x30 White/Stainless Steel was delivered as expected and securely, the fitting of the hob was awkward and the clips to attach to the cross beam were very fidly and became a three person job at the end. Also the syncing up the remote control requires many attempts, and should be much simpler. but the hood is quiet and seems to work OK.”

“Handle bar mounting hole tolerace is too large that sharp edge of handle is exposed with bad installation. Initial three sided support leaved unsupported back resting side sunk for more than 2mm with fully filled tub. Metal support was added later”

“Very pleased with the belfast sink that I ordered, but was a little worried when over a week had passed and I had not had any indication of delivery. A quick e-mail to the company which was replied to in a matter of hours and my sink was delivered the next day, so overall very happy.”

“We have not had the splashback that we purchased fitted yet - that will not be until next week - but it arrived well-packed and the delivery lady was very nice and efficient. If we had had time to unpack and fit the splashback then I am sure I would have given it 5 stars. My thanks to Furqan at Modern Living for his assistance when I ordered - it is much appreciated.”

“The item I ordered was out of stock. They gave mea later delivery date which was fine. then it actually came into stock withing a week. Delivery was arranged and the delivery took place within the time slot. All good. The pallet set up was a bit frail and there was a large screw hanging loose, which could have damaged the bath, but all seems okay. Otherwise the service was very good.”

“Every box was damaged in transit. Two planks were damaged. Delivery driver did not ring doorbell and was walking off back to his truck when I noticed him.”

“Only a small moan to be honest, ordered black shower tray on Wednesday evening paid for next day delivery (expected Friday )fine. Had phone call Friday afternoon saying the tray was not coming because it had been smashed, I asked if it would come Saturday, was told it would most probably be Monday but would try find out ? To my surprise it was delivered before 8 on Saturday morning but with no notification 🙃”

“Very impressed with the speed of delivery. From ordering at the weekend, received my floor tiles On the Tuesday. The boxes were well packaged, with extra padding in the edges of the boxes. On inspection however, there was slight damage to the lip underneath on a couple of the edges in one of the 3 boxes, but as this was underneath, it will not be noticeable when fitted.”

“Very simple to order and super quick delivery. We did try to call to ask a question and we also tried the chat but no one came back to us! Luckily we took the risk and ordered and it worked out!”
