“I still haven't received my order. It was once on its way then retaken back before arriving at my home. Then it was promised then next day, it didn't arrive! I emailed again, it was promised for the 8th. It didn't arrive, even though I'd said I had booked the plumber. He arrived, no towel radiator! I have now sent yet another email saying if it's not here on the 9th, I will cancel, have my money back and buy from a more competent supplier. Appalling customer service.”

“Very pleased with the belfast sink that I ordered, but was a little worried when over a week had passed and I had not had any indication of delivery. A quick e-mail to the company which was replied to in a matter of hours and my sink was delivered the next day, so overall very happy.”
