“Every box was damaged in transit. Two planks were damaged. Delivery driver did not ring doorbell and was walking off back to his truck when I noticed him.”

“I had a few questions so decided to phone to confirm that the chosen radiator would be suitable. The person who answered, I'm sorry I have forgotten his name, listened and understood my concerns and answered them. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Having decided to buy the radiator he was then very helpful arranging delivery. The radiator came on the day during the agreed timeslot and the connectors arrived earlier than expected but after emails to confirm that this would be ok. Thanks all round super service.”

“I ordered two sinks. The photo on the internet is different to the items suplied. I am nw battling to get them returned. You expect me to pay for postage to retuern these when its not my fault. The item is ' Not as pictured ' My client refused to have them as they wanted the ones that were shown on your website!”

“Item arrived in a damaged box. When it came to fitting the item it became clear that product was not unsuitable. Contacted customer service and they refused a refund when it was slightly outside 14 days. I wouldn’t have known it was unsuitable until the point of the build we got to. Beware of their short refund period and don’t get caught out as there is zero flexibility which isnt helpful when you are doing a kitchen or bathroom. The bigger companies are more helpful in my experience as they have longer return periods and take items back they can resell.”

“Quality product. Kitchen faucet with a 10-year warranty and flexible pipes with a WRAS certificate. Corresponds to the stated price. I would like to separately note that there were problems with connecting flexible pipes. I asked for help. The employees responded very promptly and quickly and helped solve this problem - thank you for your efficiency.”
