“Needing to get a replacement gas oven at short notice I ordered a Viandpro cooker from Modern Living over the phone, but unfortunately my car broke down on my way to Bradford to collect. I then phoned ML to report this and they were good enough to arrange delivery by courier a few days later at no extra cost. Thank you for your speedy service.”

“I am a bit late with this review as I used Modern Living to bath items for our new bathroom back in Jan 25 but I was determined to get round to giving them a review at some point. The service was excellent and the they had the best prices by far for the brand of bathroom items I needed. Michael was particularly excellent, Amareen and Craig where great too. The support team responded quickly to queries and were also very helpful. I Highly recommend Modern Living and will definitely use them again!!”

“Ordered items on 20th April and apart from confirmation of my order I heard nothing from them. Website when ordering said 2-3 days delivery on both items. Having heard nothing from them by 29th April I cancelled the order. Poor service and I wonder if they actually had stock at all. Wouldn't use again. Same review left on Trustpilot”

“I ordered a sit on kitchen sink, lever mixer taps and kitchen unit. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful, especially Craig and the Show Room team who helped me with getting the parts list together. Delivery was simple and arrived on schedule.”

“ML contact excellent. Let down by delivery man asking if I or anyone else able to assist carrying 8mm bath from van to house! As OAP, on own, using walking stick for severe spine curvature , I was shocked.”

“Fantastic service all round, Very helpful. Rang at 3.30pm to place an order, they kept the delivery driver waiting til my order was placed & paid fro so I could have the goods next day. Rare these days to get a company to be so accomodating, 10 out of 10!!!! Hood arrived before 10am the next day, wow”

“Easy to order on line. Phoned store because I had a few questions.All were answered ok. Emailed me to confirm order and set a delivery date. Order arrived on time on a pallet in large lorry. Driver unloaded with a pallet truck to my gate. He was pleasant and helpful. .”
