“Immediate reply to the purchase,the delivery was arranged and did not arrive. We waited for 2.5 hours and rang modern living who could not contact the delivering company, and we did not hear from om them the next day as to what has happened. We had a email from the delivery that they had called and we were out.That is a lie as we waited from 2.30 to 5.30 and then rang ML to find out what had happened. The next morning we rang the deliverers at 10, and were told they would come back to us in a few minutes, and have heard no more. WE ARE NOT A HQPPY CUSTOMER.”
