“Very efficient and friendly service. They phoned me straight me straight away to inform me that the product I had ordered was being discontinued and suggested a replacement which happened to be cheaper. This order order and refund were sorted by end of the day.”

“I ordered a sink which arrived very quickly and then decided it was too big. Following talking to Amreen I returned it and have been refunded and am happy with the service I received. The only reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that it took 10 days to get refunded. However, I would like to particularly praise Amreen, who was very helpful and professional throughout, arranging a fast delivery and then responding very promptly to emails regarding the return. She is a great credit to the company.”

Hi, its on the way to the 2 man delivery team today who will book in the delivery and even carry it in for you. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave the review rather than query directly with us. We us a 2 man service for all our heavy baths and shower trays, although it can add an extra few days to the delivery - it's still not even a week since you ordered.
